Flat Roof Systems We Service

  • Three workers on a white flat rooftop, installing or repairing equipment, with multi-story residential buildings in the background.

    TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

A popular reflective membrane. Seams may separate or flashing may pull away over time. We heat-weld and patch problem areas, and if the system is too far gone, we can replace it with a new, energy-efficient TPO roof.

  • A large roll of black roofing material on a shingled rooftop with trees and a partly cloudy sky in the background.

    EPDM (Rubber Roofing)

Flexible and durable, but prone to shrinking or cracking with age. We patch tears and reseal flashing when possible. If the membrane is failing across the roof, we’ll walk you through replacement options.

  • A large white commercial building with a shiny, reflective metal roof, multiple air vents and windows along the side, surrounded by a parking lot and trees, with a partly cloudy sky overhead.

    PVC Roofing

Known for chemical resistance, but seams and punctures can still fail. We weld in new material to extend its life, or replace the roof if damage is widespread.

  • Worker fires a blowtorch onto a roll of roofing material on a flat roof, causing flames.

    Modified Bitumen

Reliable asphalt-based system that may split at seams. We reseal and patch to extend performance, or install a new system if deterioration is severe.

  • Close-up of a gravel surface with small multicolored stones.

    Built-Up Roofing (BUR)

Multi-layered “tar and gravel” roofs that can blister or crack. We repair localized issues or replace sections — and when the roof has reached the end of its service life, we can perform a full replacement.

  • Close-up of metallic, blue-tinted horizontal slats or panels with reflections.

    Commercial Metal Roofs

Strong and long-lasting, but subject to rust and loose fasteners. We tighten, seal, and coat problem areas, and if panels are too compromised, we can retrofit or replace the roof with a new metal system.

  • Leaks and Water Intrusion
We locate the true source of leaks, repair them where possible, and recommend replacement if leaks are widespread or recurring.

  • Seam Failures
We reseal or weld seams that have pulled apart. When seam failure is extensive across the roof, replacement may be the smarter investment.

  • Punctures and Tears
We patch damage from traffic or debris. If punctures are numerous or the membrane is brittle, a new system may be required.

  • Flashing Issues
We reseal flashing at HVAC units, skylights, and walls. If flashing failures are tied to overall roof deterioration, we’ll recommend replacement.

  • Ponding Water
We improve drainage and patch weakened areas. If the insulation or deck is compromised, we may advise replacement.

  • Storm or Wind Damage
We provide emergency repairs to stop leaks fast. For severe storm damage, we’ll work with you on a replacement plan that meets insurance or code requirements.
